Starting from version 3.0, the Team (PM004), Template (PM008), Characteristic type (PM051), Characteristic (PM054), Symbol (PM053), Reason (PM049), Checklist (PM005), Resource (PM010), Attribute (PM003), Information type (PM037), and Information (PM011) menus will be available only in SoftExpert Administration. For further details, click here.

The Turtle diagram (PM050) menu has been discontinued. As of version 3.0, diagrams are configured in the general parameters of the component.

SoftExpert Process is a process modeling and analysis tool that has, as main objectives, aiding in the understanding, documentation, and implementation of business processes.

To model processes, the system provides a broad set of tools that allow assembling flowcharts with the best and most complete visual resources.

With the integration between SoftExpert Process and other SoftExpert components, it is possible to automate corporate processes.

To complete, the system also allows analyzing processes by means of current tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FTA, as well as creating visual analyses in the portals using the Widgets.

What are its characteristics?

When accessing the component, you will see it is divided into the following menus:

Configuration Menu in which the various resources that will define the processes are configured, such as approval checklists for the steps, teams responsible for specific roles, revision reasons and routes, permission profiles, in addition to project types, activity types, resource types, etc.
Process Menu in which processes are created, modeled, and automated.
File Menu in which the specific elements that can compose processes, such as costs, are added.
Management Menu used to manage process revisions and validities.
View Menu used to perform advanced searches in SoftExpert Process records, with specific filters.
